STAYING AT UD

Book a stay in the dorm or your hotel room early to guarantee overnight accommodations during Alumni Weekend.

Alumni Weekend attendees who register for paid events are invited to stay overnight in the residence halls with friends. Each primary registrant can register for a maximum of one dorm room only. Alumni Weekend Housing will be located on North Campus.

Selecting a Room: We know how much fun it is to be close to your friends during Alumni Weekend. To make this easier, you are able to select the room type and even the floor you want to be on until they are full. Be sure and let your friends know where to find you so they can select rooms nearby.

Alumni Weekend guests who register for a residence hall room will receive a room key, a building fob for residence hall access and a lanyard.

Keys will only be distributed to the suite purchaser as well as a designated roommate. Roommates who are not initially identified when registering can get a key during check-in only if the purchaser is present to vouch for them.

All keys must be returned at checkout. If a guest loses a key, the lock replacement charge is $180. This will be charged to the primary registrant of the room. Non-refundable charges will apply immediately upon checkout if room keys, access cards or fobs are not returned. Please keep this in mind when deciding how many keys to request and who will receive them. We apologize for the inconvenience; however, rooms are being occupied by students directly following Alumni Weekend, so rooms must be rekeyed immediately, making refunds unavailable.
