Biography

Yubin Jang is a doctoral student in the Education and Social Policy program at the University of Delaware. Her program is an interdisciplinary program affiliated with both the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration and the College of Education and Human Development. Her research interests include the educator pipeline, educator quality, and professional development. As a graduate research assistant, she is working on multiple projects examining the representation of heads of independent schools, Title II funding allocation and implementation, CTE teacher qualification, and educator professional development. Prior to joining the University of Delaware, she received her Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Education from Hanyang University in Seoul, South Korea.
