Biography
Tibor Tóth is an Associate Professor in the Biden School of Public Policy & Administration. He has expertise in survey methodology, research design, and measurement in social sciences. Tóth’s applied work focuses heavily on interdisciplinary survey research projects in health, education, and transportation. Tóth is a PI for an extensive portfolio of externally funded projects. He teaches public policy analysis, survey research methods, research methods, comparative public policy, performance management and program evaluation, global context of leadership, European governments, and European integration.
