Bio
Amanda Calder is a mission-driven leader with 15+ years of experience in the private and nonprofit sectors. She is passionate about advancing multi-sector solutions and actionable research to fill systemic gaps—particularly in how social structures shape community-led disaster response and recovery in underserved regions. Most recently, Amanda served as the Assistant Vice President of Advancement, Partnerships, and Learning Products at Project Equity, a national nonprofit. She previously led corporate philanthropy at SPUR, a public policy nonprofit in the San Francisco Bay Area. Amanda holds a dual MBA/MPA from Presidio Graduate School and a BA from Gettysburg College.
