Study Abroad
PAYMENTSYes, I'm ready to pay a deposit or the final balance of my program fee. I plan to study during:
Students who study abroad on a University of Delaware program pay a program fee, tuition for their courses, and (in Winter/Summer only) a registration fee. Program fee amounts are posted on the individual program's website. Program fees usually cover round-trip airfare, housing, and all excursions. Your specific program fee may or may not include these and other items, check with the faculty director for details.
Program fee payments are due on specific deadlines and can be paid on-line via direct bank transfer. Payments may not be made by credit card. To proceed with payment, please select the term (at right) in which you plan to study abroad. To check on your payments and program fee balance, log in to our portal.
Please note: Students are billed separately for tuition and registration fees. Those payments may be made here: http://www.udel.edu/stupayment.
If you have any questions, contact the IGS at (302) 831-2852 or e-mail studyabroad@udel.edu .
If you would like to withdraw your application and request a refund of your deposit, do so via the portal.
Program fee payments are generally considered non-refundable. The following exceptions apply:
For UD students, refunds are posted to the student's UD student account, viewable through UDSIS. Once the funds are posted, click on the "financial" links within UDSIS to request a check or a direct deposit to your bank account. For non-UD students, because you do not have UDSIS access, a check will automatically be sent to your home address.
