Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) must be completed for all hazardous chemical operations. These documents outline the general and specific safety procedures to protect the laboratory worker and are a great tool to train new laboratory personnel. Below are example JHAs to help create your JHA. DEHS can provide training on JHA construction.
