Restocking Chemical Spill Kit Supplies

The Chemical Spill Kit is a five-gallon pail consisting of the following supplies:

  • 1 - 5 gallon pail with lid
  • 10 - Universal Chemical Absorbent Pads (Vapor Suppressive)
  • 32 oz - Universal Chemical Absorbent Powder
  • 1 - 1 qt plastic scoop
  • 10 - 4mm polyethylene plastic bags
  • 2 - pair of Nitrile/Silver Shield combination gloves
  • 2 - pair of splash goggles
  • 10 - DEHS Chemical Waste Labels
  • 1 - Laboratory Chemical Spill Clean-Up Procedures

The purchase of the University of Delaware Chemical Spill Kits is confined to University staff and employees. The charge for the kit is $80.00. The cost of the kit includes all of the above and replacement of the supplies when used.
