Employee only fitness classes provide exercise in a fun, upbeat environment designed to encourage participation and exercise adherence. Instructor will tailor the class to the fitness levels and interests of registered participants.
Participants must register and pay for the entire package in advance of attending this class.
Once registered via the HealthyU registration system, download the waiver form and bring it to your first class (only one form needs to be completed for each calendar year).

HAVE A BALLTone, stretch and improve your balance using the physioball. This 30-minute class is designed to get you moving and have some fun! Great for all fitness levels- some experience with strength training exercises is recommended. |
TAIJITaiji quan is an ancient Chinese meditative martial art. Practitioners learn a scripted set of movements called "forms," which are done in a flowing sequence. Benefits of this low-impact activity include improved flexibility, strength, balance and relaxation. Suited towards beginners; all levels welcome. ZUMBAThis workout combines high energy and motivating music with synchronized dance movements designed for any fitness level. The routines feature aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Want to burn some calories and have fun? Then Zumba is for you! |
STEP AND SCULPTThis step aerobics class consists of choreographed step patterns. You'll challenge your mind and body as you burn calories. The intensity of your workout will be determined by the speed, travel, and execution of your movements. Class also includes 15-20 minutes of strength training exercises for all muscle groups. PILATESA workout designed to develop core strength and coordination. The focus of this Pilates class will be on traditional Pilates movement patterns and the use of breath and correct alignment. Participants will enjoy improvement in posture and overall toning. Suited for all fitness levels. |
