ALUMNI | The Office of Alumni Relations is accepting nominations for a variety of alumni volunteer positions and awards. Presidential Citation for Outstanding Achievement Award, honoring graduates of the last 20 years who exhibit great promise in their professional career and/or public service activities. Outstanding Alumni Award, honoring those who exhibit exceptional volunteer work on behalf of the University and/or the UD Alumni Association. Visit www.UDconnection.com/ outstanding- alumni-award for more information and a nomination form. Deadline for nominations is June 1, 2009.
Member of a regional alumni club board. Boards are being formed to support the club presidents in southern Delaware and elsewhere; see www.UDconnection.com/regional-alumni-club-boards for more information. To nominate alumni for such posts as vice president, special events chair, young alumni chair or communications chair, contact Sandy Tilford, alumni club coordinator.
