The University of Delaware’s ID Card Office will be closed during spring break week, from Monday, March 27, through Friday, March 31.

Limited card office services will be available by appointment. Please email requests to id-card@udel.edu.

Normal service hours will resume on Monday, April 3.

Individuals who have routine service needs that they are aware of now are encouraged to come in this week.

At any time, to report a card lost or stolen, please visit www.udel.edu/lostcard. Select “Card Services” and “Deactivate Card.” To replace a lost or stolen ONEcard during spring break week, please contact the office by sending email to id-card@udel.edu, and an office staff member will reach out to schedule an appointment to visit the office for card replacement. Non-urgent service needs will be handled after spring break week.

The ID Card Office is located at 30 Lovett Ave., in the Student Services Building.  Normal operating hours are from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
