A criminal justice major, Carter ranked second on the team and 16th in the Colonial Athletic Association by averaging 5.4 rebounds per game, and he was fifth on the squad with a 6.6 scoring average while shooting 50.6 percent from the field.

He posted a double-double with 14 points and a career-high 15 rebounds in the season-opener against Goldey-Beacom College, and added his second with 19 points and 10 boards during the CAA tournament win over Hofstra.
