Feb. 3-March 17: Perkins Live

Free Friday night Perkins Live programs offered for UD students

Seven weeks this spring the University Student Centers and the Division of Student Life is hosting free Friday night programs for all University of Delaware students.

Taking place in various locations throughout Perkins Student Center, the series will begin on Friday, Feb. 3, with a preview event and the spring semester kickoff is Feb. 10.

The full schedule for Perkins Live is as follows:

• Friday, Feb. 3: Paint Night, 9 p.m.-midnight.

• Friday, Feb. 10: Wild N Out.

• Friday, Feb. 17: Dave Coulier.

• Friday, Feb. 24: Paint Night.

• Friday, March 3: Matt Peters and opener Samantha Ruddy.

• Friday, March 10: Magician Derek Hughes.

• Friday, March 17: Blue Hen Bingo.

All events are free and open to all UD students, and all will begin at 10 p.m. and will go until 1 a.m., unless otherwise noted, in Perkins Student Center at 325 Academy Street in Newark, Delaware. Hourly parking is available in the Perkins Garage directly adjacent to the building.

A special Perkins Live Express shuttle will run from Laird campus to Perkins Student Center on the aforementioned evenings from 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Perkins Student Center is also served by the Evening 1 and Evening 2 shuttle buses arriving every 40 minutes until 2:10 a.m., as well as by the Late Night route arriving hourly from 12:10 a.m. until 4 a.m.
