‘Turning the Politically Correct into Opportunity to Connect’ is focus

The University of Delaware LGBTQ Caucus will present a keynote and workshop titled “Turning the Politically Incorrect into an Opportunity to Connect” on Wednesday, March 1, in Multipurpose Rooms A and B of the Trabant University Center.

Invited guest speaker Chris Crespo, inclusiveness director with Ernst and Young, will present on the topic “LGBTQ Networking” from 10:30-11:30 a.m.

This lecture and workshop will provide an opportunity to reach the campus community from a wide range of disciplines, as well as students, faculty, staff and administration, as Crespo speaks to the topic of how an inclusive workplace can maximize business results.

At the keynote, participants will learn from Crespo’s background and experiences as she gives her take on the importance of leveraging diversity for networking.
