UDrive vehicle check-up, transportation information offered

The University of Delaware has announced the inaugural UDrive vehicle check-up.

With the busy holiday season rapidly approaching many people do not have the time to have their vehicles inspected frequently. UD Transportation Services has partnered with Parking Services to present UDrive vehicle check-up, a complimentary car inspection event open to all UD faculty, staff and students.

Vehicle Maintenance staff will perform a quick safety inspection of vehicles to help drivers get to their holiday destinations safely.

This event will take place from noon-4 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 16, at the vehicle maintenance garage at 403 Wyoming Road. There, mechanics will top off fluids, check belts and wiper blades, pressurize tires, and do a quick visual inspection of vehicles.

Those who participate are asked to be prepared to present their UD ONEcard.
