International Student & Scholar Services Research & Reporting

The Center for Global Programs & Services compiles and publishes annual statistical reports on the number of international students and visiting scholars enrolled at and hosted by the University of Delaware. These data sets, provided by the Office of the University Registrar, the English Language Institute, and CGPS, are also reported to the Institute of International Education (IIE) Open Doors Report each year. CGPS programs and services for international students and scholars at the University of Delaware are described in the annual International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) Impact Report.

CGPS also conducts research to better understand the overall experience of international students in an effort to improve services in various university settings. The international student experience report at the University of Delaware synthesizes data from the International Student Barometer (ISB) Survey at UD in 2017-2018. The ISB is considered the most widely-used benchmarking tool for tracking the international student experience globally.
