- Transactions that initiate from the UDSIS/Student Oracle System will be reflected as an SF…journal. Journals will be batched daily. Reports can be developed to assist in providing details on what makes up the SF Journals if necessary

- SFS will initiate credits for the approved Students on Contract each semester as processed on the Graduate Student Contractual Responsibility Form (GSCRF) webform. The SFAF form must be completed also to ensure proper allocation of funding.

- Departments who would like to initiate a credit to the student account that is not covered under the Graduate Contract Funding may use the Student Account Credit Form (SACR) Webform, It can be used for UG and Graduate students and any source of funding can be used.

- Course Approval Process
- The University's course inventory consists of all courses listed in the current undergraduate/graduate catalog. Part of the Faculty Senate's yearly course approval process, the online course approval application is for proposing a new course or revising or deactivating a course. This application is also used to apply for multicultural status and FYE and DLE requirement designations. Course proposals are routed electronically through the approval process and culminate in the Challenge List, also available through this application during the Challenge Period.

- Course curricula are developed annually by the Colleges and/or the academic departments in accordance with the Bylaws of the Board of Trustees as executed by the Faculty Senate.
The University's Course Inventory consists of all courses listed in the current Undergraduate and Graduate catalog. Each semester, departments review the classes that have been offered in a prior term and determine if the same classes should be offered again and/or should details be changed or updated.
The Scheduling Office compiles and edits, if necessary, this information into the Schedule of Classes in order to create the listing of class offerings (pdf format) as well as to populate the online search application used by students to develop their semester schedules.
