The University of Delaware’s Facilities, Real Estate and Auxiliary Services (FREAS) will launch new Request for Service-Facilities and Fixit forms on Monday, June 4. The new forms are designed to improve responsiveness to the campus community's work requests.

Benefits include:

• Improving communication of the full scope of requests before work begins;
• Minimizing additional costs and delays due to insufficient information regarding small renovations and equipment installations;
• Reducing misunderstandings and last-minute requests for facilities support during events; and
• Adding the ability to accept attachments on both forms.
