New restaurants rotate into Trabant Food Court

This spring University of Delaware Dining Services announces a new lineup of restaurants, available at Topio’s, in the Trabant Food Court one week each month.

Restaurant Rotation features entirely new concepts with innovative menus that deliver a one-of-a-kind pop-up culinary experience. Menus typically showcase three signature recipes for guests to choose from.

Chopsticks, the semester’s first new restaurant, delivered a fresh twist on traditional Chinese flavors the week of Feb. 12. Guests enjoyed a stingin’ honey chicken rice bowl, chili garlic beef noodle bowl or five spice sesame tofu salad bowl, with pork dumplings and vegetable egg rolls available on the side.

The schedule of Restaurant Rotations for the remainder of the semester includes:

Republic of Spice: March 12-16

Modern Indian recipes with various vegetarian and protein options, featuring a butter chicken rice bowl, cauliflower cashew vindaloo salad plate and spicy masala shrimp potato rice plate.

Taco del Seoul: April 9-13

Authentic Korean and Mexican flavor fusions, featuring sweet chili pork tacos, green chili chicken tacos and meatless chick’n tacos.

Elevated Breakfast: May 14-18

Who doesn’t love Brunch? Breakfast taken to a new level with elevated menu offerings delivered throughout the day.

These restaurants are available on the selected dates from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Topio’s will continue to serve its regular menu on weeks that don’t feature a Restaurant Rotation. Acceptable payment methods at the Trabant University Center Food Court include points, Flex, credit and cash.
