I supervise a team of 13 Resident Assistants and together we work to create welcoming communities, encourage academic success, and connect students to involvement opportunities within the residence halls and throughout campus. I advise the Smyth Harrington Complex Community Council, and facilitate on-going training for student leaders. I also assist students with any concerns they may have regarding their experience in the residence halls, as well as academic and personal concerns. Additionally, I work on departmental initiatives that support the strategic plan, with an emphasis on service, leadership, and career development.
