Save the Date! University of Delaware Parents & Family Weekend 2009 will be October 9 - 11.
Events scheduled include:
- Campus Tours
- "Ghosts and History on the Green" tours
- Comedy Show at the Bob Carpenter Center
- UD President's Town Hall Meeting (with Q&A) and Panel
- Blue Hen Pre-game Tailgate before UD vs. UMass-Amherst football game
In addition two special information Sessions will take place:
- "University of Delaware Climate Action Plan," presented by John Byrne, Director and Distinguished Professor of the Energy and Climate Policy Center and member of the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize-winning Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change
- "The First Year Out: Understanding American Teens after High School," presented by Timothy Clydesdale, College of New Jersey
