Voluntary Retirement Incentive Program
On Oct. 14, 2026, the University announced a Voluntary Retirement Incentive Program for staff employees who are eligible for retirement on January 1, 2027.
Participation is entirely voluntary. Eligible employees received an email from HR with the program details. If you have questions or did not receive a notice and believe you are eligible, please reach out to HR at hrhelp@udel.edu.
