Travel Assistant Instructions

Congratulations on being selected as a TA for a UD study abroad program.  There are a few requirements you must fulfill prior to departure.  All required information and web forms can be accessed via our database.

Here are the steps you'll need to take: 

  1. Complete the New Travel Assistant Form. Go to our database. Mouse over the Apply Now tab, and select the form.
  2. If you have previously submitted this form for another program, you will skip step 1. Instead, mouse over Students, select My TA Forms, and Start a New Travel Assistant Form.
  3. Print, sign, and make one copy of the Agreement of Responsibility for Assistants form. Submit the original to your faculty director, and deliver the copy to IGS in Elliott Hall.
  4. Make two paper copies of the photo/signature pages of your passport, and submit both copies to the front desk in Elliott Hall.
  5. If you receive a new passport or renew your current passport between now and departure, be sure to update the information on your application in our database.  It is important that we have valid passport information ahead of your departure.
