Ingredientes
- 8 mazorcas de maíz, peladas, retiradas de la mazorca
- 1 paquete de habas congelado o 2 tazas de habas frescas
- 1 calabacín grande, cortado en cubitos
- ½ taza de pimiento roja, picada
- 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
- 3 cucharadas de vinagre
- ½ cucharadita de sal
- ½ cucharadita de pimiento
- Una pizca de azúcar
- ½ taza de albahaca fresca, estilo chiffonade picado
- ½ cup fresh basil, chopped chiffonade style

Instrucciones
- Cortar la mazorca de maíz.
- Saltear los primeros 5 ingredientes en una sartén grande con aceite e oliva a fuego medio durante 5 minutos, hasta que las cebollas estén translúcidas y los tomates liberen sus jugos. No cocine hasta que esté dorado.
- Retirar del fuego, añada vinagre, sal, pimento, azúcar y albahaca.
- Sirva con pescado, pollo, o cerdo
