Ingredientes
- 1 Colinabo mediano
- 2 manzanas
- ½ Jalapeño
- 2 cucharadas de cilantro
- 1 Limón, jugo y cáscara de limón
- 1 naranja, jugo y cáscara de naranja
- 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
- Añada sal y pimiento por sabor

Instrucciones
- Lave y pela colinabo. Cortada en pedazos pequeños, estilo de chiffonada.
- Lave y cortada en pedazos la manzana, estilo de chiffonada. Deja la cáscara.
- Finamente picado el jalapeño y cilantro.
- En un recipiente grande, combine colinabo, manzana, jalapeño, y cilantro
- Añada el jugo del limón y naranja, la cáscara de los dos, y el aceite de oliva. Revuelva para combinar.
- Añada sal y pimiento por sabor.
