Employee Relations is committed to building a positive and meaningful work relationship. We strive to create a collaborative employment climate, where fair treatment and mutual respect for one another creates a quality work life. Some of our specialty services include a review of employee relations, labor relations, workers compensation and unemployment insurances. We are responsible for the administration of personnel policies, such as the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), as well as other employment policies and practices. Employee Relations also manages the administration of the AFSCME and FOP collective bargaining agreements.
