The Campus Interview Program offers students the opportunity to interact with approximately 160 organizations each year seeking students to fill permanent full-time positions for after graduation as well as internship opportunities. While the organizations who participate are quite selective and competition for positions quite keen, the process of interviewing can assist you in better defining your career goals and improve your interview skills. The procedures for participating in the Campus Interview Program are described in the following paragraphs. Please be certain to utilize other services offered by the Career Services Center as you conduct your job search.
Placement services in the form of the Campus Interview Program are available to all undergraduate and graduate students who expect to complete the requirements for a degree or teacher certification in January/February 2014, May 2014 or August 2014 as well as Alumni. Each year more than 400 recruiters representing over 160 different organizations interview students on our campus for career positions. Campus interviews during the fall semester begin Monday, September 30, 2013 and end Friday, December 6, 2013. Spring interviews begin Monday, February 10, 2014 and end Friday, May 16, 2014. Interviews are not held during Winter Session or spring break, however resumes for organizations interviewing during the spring semester can be submitted during these periods. Resumes are submitted online to individual organizations prior to their actual interview date.

a commitment to see the employer.
If you are unable to appear for your scheduled interview, please notify the Coordinator of the Campus Interview Program at least 48 hours in advance, so that alternates may be contacted. If you cancel within 48 hours of an interview or are a "no-show" for a scheduled interview, you will be suspended from participation in the Campus Interview Program until you write a letter of explanation to the recruiter and provide the Coordinator with a copy of the letter. Employers expect information regarding student cancellations. It is professional courtesy to provide information regarding your situation.
When you accept a job offer it is important to inform the Career Services Center of your decision, because it affects your participation in the Campus Interview Program (CIP) and the Resume Books.
