How to set up Entourage
  1. Open Entourage.
  2. From the Entourage menu, click Account Settings.
  3. Click New.
  4. At the bottom of the dialog box, click Configure Account Manually.
  5. Click the drop-down arrow to the right of Account type and click Exchange.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Confirm that the Account Settings button is highlighted at the top of the Edit Account dialog box.
  8. Type a descriptive name, your name, and your e-mail address in the appropriate fields.
  9. Under the Authentication section, type your account information as follows:
    • Account ID: UDelNetID
    • Domain: admin.udel.edu
    • Password: IT recommends that you do not save your password—leave this field blank.
  10. Under the Server Information section, type the following:

webmail.admin.udel.edu

  1. Click in the box labeled This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL).
  2. Click the Advanced button at the top of the Edit Account dialog box.
  3. In the Public folders server field, type the following:

webmail.admin.udel.edu

  1. Click in the box labeled This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL).
  2. Click OK.
  3. Close the Accounts dialog box.
  4. When you are prompted to log in, type your password.

Entourage will begin synchronizing your account. Depending on the size of your mailbox, this process may take some time.
