Hospitality Business Management: M.S., M.S./MBA

 

The goal of the master of science in hospitality business management is to build on students’ past experiences and potential interests by providing pathways toward business-oriented analytical careers in the hospitality industry.

The department is ranked among the top 10 programs in the U.S. The program's faculty possess relevant and highly accomplished academic backgrounds in the subareas of hospitality business management, such as information technology, strategic management, financial management, e-marketing, human resource management and project planning. This innovative program focuses on problem-solving and decision-making skills in response to the rapid growth of information management needs in the hospitality and tourism sectors of industry. The 30-credit program is ideal for industry professionals and hospitality graduates seeking to augment their operational skills with analytical capabilities.

A dual degree in the MBA and M.S. in hospitality business management programs is available to graduate students.
