Welcome to Delaware 4-H
4-H is the place where learning is fun, whether it takes place in your school, at camp, in your community or at the University of Delaware. There are plenty of exciting adventures that you can have in your community, state, country and all over the world.
If you think that 4-H is just for rural kids, you will be surprised to find out that you are wrong. Delaware 4-H has something for each of the over 36,000 young people who participate in 4-H each year.

Once and always an Ag Ambassador
October 23, 2024 | Written by Molly SchaferFor three decades, College of Agriculture and Natural Resources Ag Ambassadors have proudly upheld a tradition of community support. These student volunteers represent the college at special events and provide in-depth tours to prospective students and their families. Participation in the program, which facilitates personal development and networking, has benefitted hundreds of UD students, launching lifelong friendships, first jobs, and careers. -
Delaware 4-H celebrates Diamond Clover Awards

Created in 2014, the Diamond Clover Award celebrates and acknowledges excellence in extraordinary, sustained, and focused service learning by youth in their communities. Delaware 4-H is coordinated and administered through University of Delaware Cooperative Extension. -
National 4-H Week 2024

Be it through the annual donations of produce and vegetables 4-H members give to the Food Bank of Delaware during the Delaware State Fair, to the holiday tradition so many 4-H clubs share of baking cookies and gathering supplies for our beloved soldiers, Delaware 4-H lifts others and stands tall during this week of celebration. -

Delaware 4-H celebrates its 7th Hall of Fame

The celebration is a high honor, assuring that a lifetime of support and volunteerism is remembered and preserved for posterity.
