HRIM alumni event set Sept. 26
2:18 p.m., Aug. 5, 2005--UD’s Hospitality Alumni Association is hosting a wine-tasting fund-raiser from 6-8:30 p.m., Monday, Sept. 26, at the Courtyard Newark-University of Delaware hotel at 400 Pencader Way, Newark.
The wine list includes Beringer Viogner, Ecco Donani Pinot Grigio, Cape Mentelle Senillion/Sauvingnon Blanc, Beringer Chenin-Blanc, McWilliams and Hanwood Estate Chardonnay, Echelon Chardonnay, BV Cameros Pinot Noir, Sterling Napa Merlot, Celler 8 Red and several other varietals.
