Facilities
Visit the Facilities Web site to:

  • request routine maintenance (Fixit form)
  • request extended housing furniture removal
  • find information about room furnishings and dimensions
  • view the key and access card policy

Custodial Services at the Facilities Web site will answer your questions about:

  • damage billing
  • excessive housekeeping
  • cleaning the residence halls
  • or if you would like a refund for money lost in a vending machine or washer/dryer.

Housing Assignment Services
Housing Assignment Services (HAS) is responsible for the assignment of undergraduate and graduate student and family housing.

Staff members work to help students to solve assignment and roommate issues.

HAS oversees all requests for release from the Housing Agreement and the Graduate Student and Family Housing Agreement.
