Off-Campus Housing Fair
We know that current students are already making plans for next year’s housing. Learn more about options for both on- and off-campus housing for 2027–2028 academic year at the Off-Campus Housing Fair hosted in the Trabant Concourse on Wednesday, September 23 from 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
Thanksgiving Break
We know some students like to plan ahead! Residence halls will close Friday, November 20, for Thanksgiving Break, and will reopen Sunday, November 29. Students will have the option to apply for a late stay or full-break access at no additional cost. Check back in mid-October for more information.
2027–2028 Returning Student Housing
The returning student housing application for the 2027–2028 academic year will open in early February, near the start of the spring semester, and remain open through the end of the month. Check back for additional details as the application opening approaches.
Returning students are not required to live on campus.
New for 2027–2028: Second-year housing is guaranteed for first-time freshmen admitted during the 2026–2027 academic year who apply by the deadline.
Housing for all other returning students is not guaranteed. However, interested students must apply by the deadline to be considered for a space. In recent years, we have been able to offer a space to all students who applied by the deadline.
