Service

M. Dina Giambi, assistant director for library technical services, was elected director-at-large of the Association for Library Collections and Technical Services, a division of the American Library Association, and will serve on the board of directors for 2005-08.

Honors

Ann Amsler, Judith Brown and Richard Gordon, all of IT/User Services, and Thomas Baxter, IT/Network and Systems Services, received a communication award for the Webmail Direct web site at the fall conference of the Association for Computing Machinery Special Interest Group for University and College Computing Services.
