Business luminaries to share insights via Nov. 2 video teleconference

11:59 a.m., Oct. 12, 2005--The University of Delaware, UD’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics and its Executive MBA Program in cooperation with Fortune magazine is hosting the 11th annual Worldwide Luminary Series video teleconference, "Leading to Greatness: Building True Success Wherever You Live and Work," from 10:45 a.m.-5:30 p.m., with lunch at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 2, at the Waterfall Banquet and Conference Center, 3416 Philadelphia Pike in Claymont.

The cost ranges from $179 to $199 per person, depending on the number attending.

Scheduled speakers include Jack Welch, former GE chairperson and CEO; Carly Fiorina the first woman Fortune 25 chairperson and CEO; Richard Branson, noted entrepreneur and founder of The Virgin Group; Malcolm Gladwell, best-selling author of The Tipping Point and Blink; Rudolph Giuliani, former New York City mayor and author of Leadership; Stephen R. Covey, bestselling business author; and Marcus Buckingham, bestselling author of First Break All the Rules.

In addition, a panel discussion featuring Fortune 500 CEOs will be held.

The program is a global satellite event presented by colleges and universities in cooperation with Fortune magazine.
