Student art exhibit set Sept. 8-13

4:32 p.m., Sept. 7, 2005--A six-day art exhibit, from Thursday-Tuesday, Sept. 8-13, in room 101 of the Art Studio Building, will showcase selected work by UD graduate, undergraduate and continuing education students, as well as faculty from UD’s Department of Fine Arts and Visual Communications.

The latest show in the ongoing “Art Happens” series, which began in 2004, the exhibit, “Art Happens V: Art Strikes Back,” will run from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. each day and is free and open to the public. An opening reception, from 4:30-8 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 8, will kick-off the show and give guests a chance to meet and speak with the artists.
