Special graduation-week dining options

2:59 p.m., May 19, 2005--Come take advantage of breakfast and dinner specials as part of your graduation celebration with your family and friends at the restaurant and lounge of the Courtyard Newark at UD!

Chef Mark Chopko and his culinary team have created several delicious and moderately priced menu options to help you mark this special occasion. Expanded hours of service and special dining options will take effect starting Thursday, May 26, and running through Sunday, May 29.

Breakfast at the Courtyard Cafe, with standard menu offerings:

  • 6:30 -10 a.m., Thursday and Friday;
  • 6:30-11:30 a.m., Saturday and Sunday.

Special full-breakfast buffet in the hotel’s Marriott Center for Hospitality and Tourism:

  • 6-9 a.m., Saturday;
  • 6-11 a.m., Sunday.

    Cost is $7.95 for the full-breakfast buffet, not including gratuity.

Dinner at the Courtyard Cafe, with standard menu offerings, served
4-11 p.m., Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

A special Commencement full-dinner buffet featuring five entree choices, appetizers, salad and dessert will be served from 2-6 p.m., Saturday, May 28, in the hotel’s Marriott Center for Hospitality and Tourism. Reservations are recommended by calling (302) 737-0900.

Costs for the Commencement full-dinner buffet are $22.95 for adults; $14.95 for children 6-13; and free for children under 5 years of age. Pricing does not include gratuity.
