Prof to speak on ‘Science Friday’
12:18 p.m., July 14, 2005--Craig Cary, associate professor of marine studies, is scheduled to appear on National Public Radio’s Science Friday program on July 15.
The program will run from 2-4 p.m., and the second hour will feature a look at the history of deep-sea exploration and interviews with modern explorers, including Cary, who annually leads thousands of schoolchildren worldwide on his Extreme research dives through the Internet and telephone links with the submersible research vessel Alvin.
