Pay, appeal parking citations online

3:55 p.m., June 6, 2005--University of Delaware students, employees and visitors now can pay or appeal parking citations from UD Parking Services online at [www.udel.edu/PublicSafety/citations.htm].

Students can access their current parking tickets/charges information by selecting the login option. Students cited while visiting the Student Health Center should obtain a written confirmation of their visit and present it with the citation to Parking Services to see if the violation can be excused.

UD Employees also can access their current parking ticket/charges information by selecting the login option. Employees who receive a “Lacks Valid Permit” citation for failing to hang their current parking hang tag can ask to have two such citations waived per semester by contacting Parking Services.

Visitors who receive notice of a parking violation for a “Lacks Valid Permit” citation can have their fines excused by contacting the Department of Public Safety to establish their visitor status. The department will excuse one such violation per semester.

For more information call (302) 831-1184, or e-mail [parking@udel.edu].
