Curbing emotional overeating talk Oct. 26

3:02 p.m., Oct. 21, 2005--A lunchtime talk on strategies to curb emotional overeating is set for noon-1 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 26, in the Collins Room of the Perkins Student Center.

One of the fall self-help workshops offered by UD’s Faculty and Staff Assistance Program, the workshop will be led by Sharon Collison, a registered dietician who teaches courses in nutrition and dietetics.

The free program is open to the public, and participants are welcome to bring brown-bag lunches.

Seating is limited and registration is required by Monday, Oct. 24.
