Forum on laws and rights set March 14
10:32 a.m., March 10, 2005--Fight the Power, a forum on laws and rights of citizens, is set to take place at 6:30 p.m., Monday, March 14, in Room 205B in the Willard Hall Education Building.
Sponsored by the recently reformed UD chapter of the NAACP, the roundtable discussion will include a judge, two police officers, a professor and a member of the community whose son was incarcerated.
The forum will begin with an informal debate on rights and laws and will conclude with a question-and-answer session.
The event is free and open to the public, and complimentary refreshments will be provided.
