Marshals sought for May 28 Commencement

12:07 p.m., May 16, 2005--Members of the University of Delaware community are invited to serve as marshals during the 156th Commencement ceremony at Delaware Stadium on Saturday morning, May 28.

In what has become a longstanding tradition, members of the UD community have joined students, their parents and sponsors on this special day.

Marshals are asked to arrive at 7:15 a.m., to provide directions, help with guest seating and to assist with the assembly and procession of graduates into Delaware Stadium.

Individuals interested in serving as Commencement marshals can call (302) 831-2341 or e-mail Nancy Millard at [nmillard@udel.edu]. For the latest details on Commencement and Convocation activities, visit [www.udel.edu/commencement].
