Job Jamboree set Tuesday at The Bob 1:29 p.m., Sept. 26, 2005--UDs 37th annual Job Jamboree is scheduled for 1-4:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 27, in the Bob Carpenter Center. Representatives of more than 200 organizations will be there to provide information about their hiring needs and requirements. A list of participating companies can be found at Job Jamboree is an informational job fair. Participating organizations will return to campus during spring semester as part of UDs Campus Interview Program to conduct interviews. The event is open to all University students and alumni, who are encouraged to bring resumes and to dress appropriately for potential employers. Those attending the Job Jamboree will get a program listing participating employers that shows the location of their booths at the event. Job Jamboree is one of the many events presented by UDs MBNA Career Services Center, which also hosts many other programs, ranging from resume and cover-letter writing to preparing for employment interviews.
