Research grant proposals due Oct. 7

10:46 a.m., Sept. 2, 2005--UD faculty are invited to submit proposals for the annual General University Research (GUR) grants. Friday, Oct. 7, is the deadline for submitting proposals to departmental chairpersons and directors. All faculty are invited to submit proposals, however, priority will be given to new faculty who are first-time recipients.

Proposals are independently reviewed by the Faculty Senate Committee on Research, which prepares and submits a priority ranking to the vice provost for research as its recommendation for awarding grants.
