Daylight-saving time ends Sunday 3:37 p.m., Oct. 26, 2005--Daylight-saving time ends in Delaware, and throughout most of the United States, at 2 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 30, when clocks are turned back an hour, effectively moving an hour of daylight from the evening to the morning.
