Comedian Dane Cook at UD Nov. 9--sold out

Editor's note: Tickets to the Nov. 9 performance at UD by comedian Dane Cook sold out as of Oct. 27.

5:01 p.m., Oct. 21, 2005--Dane Cook, a young comedian and actor best known for his stage antics and biting wit, will be performing at 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 9, at The Bob.

Cook, who has appeared in more than 13 films, including Flypaper, Mystery Men and the soon-to-be-released London, also makes frequent appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the Late Show with David Letterman and Jimmy Kimmel Live. When not performing his own material, Cook frequently writes for the Comedy Central channel.

Tickets for the SCPAB-sponsored show on Nov. 9, which are $20 for UD students with valid ID cards and $35 for general admission, will be available for purchase beginning at 10 a.m., Monday, Oct. 24, at UD box offices and through Ticketmaster, where a convenience charge may apply. Only 2,000 student-priced seats are available, so prompt purchase is recommended.
