Public Safety offers web-based customer service

1:49 p.m., July 29, 2005--For UD employees who use the Department of Public Safety staff to supply security for concerts, transportation for UD guests, parking for events and messenger service, there is a new way to request service and pay the bill.

Public Safety has initiated a web-based customer service system that allows department account administrators to request special services, access billing information, add or update account information--all online. With the new system, customers can and should review and update their accounts to ensure accurate billing for services in the new fiscal year.

To access the new web page, go to [https://adm.facil.udel.edu/cgi-bin/pbscs]. It brings up the UD Central Authentication Service. Key-in your user name and password to get to Public Safety Customer Services. For billing, click on “Register or Update my Charge Codes” and follow instructions. The comments field can be used for special instructions.
