Crepes on Scrounge menu 3 days a week Christian Sorochty, senior food service director, said the crepes sell well and fill the need for a breakfast-style entrée available all day. Customers can have crepes made to order from the ingredients available each day. The ingredients, which vary each week, range from sweet, such as caramel apples, chocolate strawberry and peach melba, to savory grilled vegetables, ham and cheese, shrimp creole and chicken.
