Blue & Gold Club offers Father’s Day Brunch

2:14 p.m., June 7, 2005--Fathers will be honored at UD’s Blue & Gold Club on Sunday, June 19, with a sumptuous brunch that includes all the expected breakfast dishes, as well as some unusual treats.

Planned with families in mind, the menu includes assorted beverages, muffins, bagels, croissants and Danishes, made-to-order omelets, cinnamon French toast with maple syrup, eggs Benedict, bacon and sausage, hash brown potatoes, roast beef, roast turkey, seafood bardolino over linguini, fresh fruit and a tempting array of desserts.

Seating times are 10 a.m. and noon, and reservations are highly recommended. Cost is $18.95 for adults and $9.95 for children ages 5-11. For reservations or more information, call (302) 831-2582.
