Network outage on west campus Jan. 12

2:45 p.m., Jan. 11, 2005--There will be a major network outage on west campus from 7 a.m. until approximately 4 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 12, affecting all data, cable television and the Blackboard Transaction System.

Buildings affected by this outage are

Conover West
Rodney A/B
Rodney C/D
Rodney E/F
Rodney Dining Hall
Dickinson A
Dickinson B
Dickinson C
Dickinson D
Dickinson E
Dickinson F
183 West Main St.
English Language Institute
Psychological Services Training Center
City of Newark Municipal Building

Students may use the computing sites in 002 Smith Hall, 116 Pearson Hall and on the lower level of the Morris Library during the network outage. For site hours, check [www.udel.edu/sites].

In addition, there will be a cable television outage only at the Amy E. du Pont Music Building, East Hall, Rees Hall,77-79 East Delaware Ave. and 77 East Main St.
