Celebrate Latino Heritage Month by dancing the night away to live music with Latin band, La Insaciable. Participate in our exciting dance class, and learn how to Samba, Salsa, Cha Cha, Rumba, Mambo, Meringue, Bachata, Tango, and Bolero. The night wouldn’t be complete without a chance to indulge in some traditional Latino foods.

“Platanos & Collard Greens”

The play “Platanos & Collard Greens” is a romantic comedy that tells the story of Freeman, an African-American man, and Angelita, a Latino woman who fall in love. They tell the story of how they confronted and overcame cultural and racial prejudices, while defending their bond from family and friends. |

As finals approach, come find out about the symptoms and effects of stress. This session will also lead participants through alternative ways to decrease their stress and maximize their health, such as meditation, yoga, guided imagery, music, and/or aroma therapy. |
